Are there association fees?

Yes, upon purchase you join the Park Place Condominium Association.  Association fees cover electricity, grounds upkeep, snow removal and insurance on the building.

What about the heat?

Each unit (expect in Burnsville) has its own 45,000 BTU gas furnace and thermostat.  You only pay for the heat you use.  

Taxes?

Taxes vary by location, please contact Joel for tax rates.

Can I get water in the units?

In some locations, yes.  Please contact Joel for more information.

What about security?

The grounds are gated and fenced.  Each unit has it's own security code access.
