We're here to help you own your access.

Owning Your Access Matters

Whether you’re using a non-garage based rental storage facility or keeping your RV at the cabin, it’s not ideal. Close the distance between you and your vehicles. Our garage condos are pest free and temperature controlled so you can keep your car, RV, and boat out of harsh Midwest weather to dodge unnecessary damage.

When you take your boat on the water or go on a cruise with your car should be up to you. By owning your access, you not only protect your vehicles but also you also get to drive them whenever you want without needing to check in or ask a third party.

With your Park Place garage, you never have to wait or worry again.
